Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Accounting challenged The hotel was fine however they over charged my credit card to the tune of $1594.20. The front office manager made light of the situation. I was lied to twice by their staff about the bill. I'm still waiting a resolution. BY VERY CAREFUL. It is really too bad they can't handle the accounting because the property is great other wise. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel Top of the line when it comes to Holiday Inn Express, Staff was courteous, hotel was very clean and brand new. The only down side was the intersection at the street. There's not an opening in the median to turn left; so you have to make a U-turn. April 9, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Hotel in all of the Duncan/Lawton area This new hotel is absolutely one of the best in all of Southwest Oklahoma! The front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I needed a recommendation for dinner. The housekeeping staff was amazing..and the rooms are so far above clean! I was wanting a different tea to go with my breakfast and the kitchen staff found some. This staff is amazing from top to bottom! As much as I travel, this was one of the most quiet and comfortable stays that I have had in along time!! If you want a staff that cares about you as a guest, then this is the place! April 2, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay in Duncan Overall I was satisfied with my stay. There are a couple of things I would like to point out but I note that these items would not dissuade me from staying at the property again. What will dissuade me from staying at the property is if the federal government per diem rate of $77 is not accepted at this hotel. When I looked to book in Feb the rate was not available. What I didn't appreciate is that the book in the room which notes the hotels policies, ammenities, etc. did not match the hotel's policies listed downstairs. 1. In the book breakfast is supposed to start at 6:00 am. However, when you check in they state it doesn't start until 6:30. 2. In the book the gym is 24/7. However, downstairs the gym say it closes after 11 and doesn't open until 5:30 or 6:00/ 3. The book states that there is a safe in the room to store personal belongings. However, after staying in two different hotel rooms I have yet to find the safe. As I said, the things above wouldn't dissaude me from staying at your hotel again but I do believe the information in the book should be correct. Especially since this is a brand new hotel.
