Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dunn Definitely not one of the better HIE I have stayed in. I was upgraded but the bathroom had hot and cold reversed and took me awhile to figure out. I spoke to front desk and they seemed clueless. Not as helpful as they could have been. June 11, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just needed to relax and crash... We arrived later than anticipated both ways. The staff was very courteous when arriving and upon leaving in the mornings. Montrel was our check in the first evening and our check out the last morning there (we stayed 5/2 and again 5/7) he is AWESOME!!!! He is friendly, easy to talk to, informative... just an all round pleasure to be around. Thanks for making this such a GREAT stay... On our return trips you will have our reservations again!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I would recommend these accomodations The lady at check in was very nice, helpful and professional. She was trying to help a gentleman staying there find a place that could help him with a problem tire on his vehicle. She was very polite to let us know she would be right with us as soon as she helped him.. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms over all were comfortable and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected and the staff in that area were also very accommodating. April 26, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed, Horrible Pillows, Broken Elevator The bed was very firm which I appreciate, however the sheets were worn out and felt scratchy. The pillows were worn out. The elevator was broken from Sunday through Thursday. The issue was that the elevator was broken when I checked in but I wasn't told about it nor did they try to find a room on the first floor. when I came in and headed for elevator then I saw the sign. The room was small. You couldn't close the bathroom door while standing in the bathroom. April 11, 2013
