The Crowne Plaza provided everything we could ask for. It was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also great in the morning. The person at the front desk named Claude was especially helpful!

I was shocked and asked myself whether I am staying in Crowne Plaza. Extremly dirty room, plastic glass under the bed, dirty floor in the bathroom, dirty windows, disgusting...

Rooms are outdated and not CP worthy. Need update.
Bathrooms are dirty and definitely need restoration.
Breakfast was great.

Great buffet restaurant. Rooom was too old, looks likes 80's and very used.

One of the many Problems is that the rooms need to be renewed. Upon our arrival we were very b couldn't sleep because of the terrible noise from the swimming Pool. The Isolation of the Windows is so poor that it doesn't make any difference if they are closed or opened. That's why every night we couldn't sleep because there was a party late into the night with people shouting as if they were alone. We were only saved by our ear plugs but this should'nt be necessary in a hotel with this standard.
Upon our arrival wie couldn't Even get a coffee because it was mit yet 10 am and they do not serve it before, unless you take a complete breakfast.
As a Platinum Member I expected something better frm the brand "Crowne Plaza".

Room very good, but noisy on friday evening and night.
Restaurant was very good on friday, but was medium level ob sunday evening. It was difficult to order wine.
Location with view on the marina was superb.

Good location. Comfortable and clean room. All rooms have view of pool and harbor. Limited amount of parking available. DJ at the pool in the afternoon; sound travelled to 9th floor.
Could not book reservation for room with breakfast from web site when using senior or auto club discount. Option not available.
