Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and friendly staff! We were greeted by a friendly, helpful associate and we immediately felt at home. The grounds were well kept, the lobby was clean, and when we entered our room, it was very clean and fresh smelling. The beds comfy, the bathroom clean and we felt safe. This property apparently has a manager that cares. The staff, including the maid service are to be commended for excellent customer service. In addition, the breakfast bar was well kept, clean, and was always well stocked. Our experience couldn't have been any better. We will stay at this hotel when we visit the area. February 7, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Staff Makes the Difference I made a reservation for this hotel on line. I was really in a hurry and didn't notice that I had selected a smoking room. The girl at the front desk noticed that the reservation didn't match my non-smoking preference in my profile so she called to verify. There was only one non-smoking room left. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Older property? Check-in was extremely fast, but they obviously did not update their phone system clock after daylight savings time. My wakeup call was an hour late even though i verified it twice while making it from the room. I travel mainly for business, and this almost cost me. Luckily I was up already. Not nearly as bad as NOT getting a wake up call at all in Texarkana, AR 2 nights later. Property seemed older and not quite as up to date as most of the properties I have stayed at lately. Wireless internet was probably the slowest I have run across in the last 3 years of staying in hotels while travelling. November 18, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff and Service I have never experienced such great service as I did at this hotel. We went home for a death in our immediate family and I am so grateful to this staff for making our stay so warm. When the night shift manager found out why we were home, she informed the day shift and words cannot express how good this staff treated us. We have always stayed at this hotel when we visit. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. The staff is always friendly, but this time around, was even more special. More than just providing clean rooms, towels, food and coffee, this hotel staff provided comfort and conversation when we just couldn't sleep and even though we went home for sorrow, thank you El Dorado Holiday Inn Express Staff for showing us great respect and hospitality. You really don't know how much it meant to us to laugh with the day and night staff. From all 4 of us thank you. I would recommend this hotel anyway because like I said, we always staff here. But, I strongly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, comfort, and a warm friendly staff. November 12, 2012
