Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Staff As soon as we walked into the hotel, we felt welcomed and the front desk clerk could not have been more helpful, even offering to help us with our luggage. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room and found it to be a king suite. The room was very clean and the beds/pillows very comfortable. We'll definitely be back again. May 5, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor first impression While the condition of the property itlself; the public areas, the room, etc; were fine and the breakfast selection were average for a property like this, however the appearence of the desk staff was below average to poor. I believe the appearence of the staff reflects that of the management and do not believe wrinkled apparel, ungroomed hair and exposed tatoos, lots of tatoos on the arms of one of the desk staff is acceptable in a public contact business.
