I was told on both visits that their shipment "had not come in". Be prepared to go somewhere else for breakfast April 22, 2013

From the front desk (so sweet and helpful) to the wonderful Lady's getting the breakfast ready we had great service. This hotel went out of thier way to make us feel welcome. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good, but several problems I am a Priority Member and stay at numerous Holiday Inn's throughout year. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great as normal. But, there were three things I noticed. There was no dead bolt locking rod on the door. Also, the air didn't work properly. The room got hot and we decided to open the window to cool the room down.
