Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quality hotel Nice hotel, friendly staff good location rooms are comfortable and bathroom was fully functional. The only complaint was the pesky snow and the cars in the parking lot that stopped them from plowing the parking lot. I remember this area when there wasn't a Holiday Inn in the area or any other major hotel. Great improvement. May 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Accomodations Despite the inhospitable weather of the Fairbanks area, the hotel was an excellent place for respite. The hotel was in an excellent location, well maintained and the rooms very comfortable. My only suggestion would be for the staff to be more familiar with the local eateries for dining suggestions to hungry travelers. April 11, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and relatively new Staff is pleasant but needs training. Example is inability to leave a paper outside of door for 12 days in a row, even though I am member of Priority Club and asked about the service 6 times in 12 days. Always an apology, never a fix. Fresh fruit and granola in breakfast selection would be nice. Fitness center is very basic, no weights and could use a little more effort and attention. April 4, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by excellant The room had no phone, no chair, and the cabinet the TV sits on was in need of repair. The top of the cabinet was pulled away from the sides. The staff brought a chair as soon as we called but someone must have a fight or something in the room. The staff as always was profession and treated us well. We will stay there some more when we go to town and I always recommend your hotel to my friends. March 29, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great price and great hotel I would of given all excellent ratings but I was not able to control the room temperature. I went in the winter and the hotel heat was great! My room got too hot and I was not able to cool it down with the heat/cool system. If you want to cool the room down, then you have to open your window. it was like this in all rooms. Everything else was perfect. comfortable beds, clean room, good food, great service, excellent price. March 13, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed, Great location :) ...... Bad maid service :( Holiday Inn Express is our favorite hotel no matter what state we may be visiting. They are all very nice and the affordable price even makes it better. The front staff at this hotel was very pleasant and the only downfall that we experienced while on our 3 night stay was the maid service. The first morning we got up to fix coffee in our room and there was still a used coffee pod in the basket. Then our room only got clean towels and amenities becuase we went down to the front desk to ask for them. The maid never made it in at all to clean on the second day we were there. All in all that was not good at all. Cleanliness is a high priority for us as well as all other Holiday Inn Express's. We stayed on the second floor and as far as noises or anything else the rooms were really pretty sound proof. March 8, 2013
