Food and beverage at reception; amazingly good, my compliments.
Very disappointed; package price for room did not include courtesy continental breakfast the following morning as it did at
the hotel in California, where we travelled by air and car to attend and stay as over night guests following my nieces wedding; over night stay price, including free buffet, was very similar to what we paid at your hotel.
The California hotel where we stayed, provided an expansive array of breakfast buffet items for free, as a courtesy for staying over night at their hotel! The rooms were booked over night and that was 2010, not that long ago.
Otherwise, I did enjoy my stay at your hotel; it was quiet and clean but dusty around the baseboards and floor as though
housekeeping wasn't quite on the ball, taking shortcuts.
Allow more time for your staff to clean, please, if assigned too many rooms, they cannot do a thorough thankless job for you or your guests, and God knows! they generally are not nor in most cases, can't be paid their worth if good and caring in their tasks.
The staff member who cleaned our room, was friendly, I really appreciated that and felt welcome and truly a guest in a nice facility, possibly, the Midwesterner mental attitude as mine, usually friendly and willing to help others; probably because of our harsh winters; but none the less, the front desk and IT guest services people when we checked in, were absolutely marvelous!!
Helpful, knowledgably and Lord knows, patient!!

The price was pretty high, but probably because of the event at the nutter center. Hotel was pretty, and confortable. Beds were awsome, very, very comfortable, and lots of pillows, also nice tv. All the staff I came in contact were friendly and always spoke to you. I was charged for a restaraunt bill by mistake, (was for a different room) and when I questioned it at check out it was immediately explained to me that it was in error and taken care of! Will definately stay here again!

Reserved a smoking king room. Ended up in a double non smoking room after it was confirmed, that was not what I reserved. The manager informed me that I had the cheapest rate so! Put us close to the door so we could go out and smoke. Something about an extended stay. Should have extended it out of my reserved room! Not happy wont go back.
The people in the restaurant were very nice even though the room service we ordered for breakfast (put on the door) didn't show up until we called to check on it.
Was offered a room at a "sister hotel" but we just had to walk across the street to where we were headed! No THANK YOU!
Could not and will not recommend it as a priority member. Didn't mean a thing there!

The Hotel staff was extremely helpful as was the lady in the restaurant for breakfast. Wish I could remember the name of the Lady from Housekeeping that did our rooms. (417 & 418) She was extremely helpful, kind, friendly and a great asset to the Holiday Inn. My Granddaughter had gotten sick on Friday nite and so she and I spent the weekend in the rooms. The lady was so nice to her and my son.
Rooms and beds very comfortable, clean, and spacious.
Have stayed here before and We'll be back.

It has been a "wonderful" experience as a long-term guest at your Holiday Inn, Fairborn, Ohio. As a regular business traveler all-over the U.S., I have much experience to draw from when I tell you that the staff is one of the very best -- "Bar-none." They are extremely customer focused from the moment you arrive in the parking lot through checkout. I have witness all aspects of what and how each department work together as a team can a customers stay a delightful experience each visit to your hotel in Fairborn. You should package their professionalism and service with a smile attitude as the water mark for all your locations. What these individuals and team has done is made me a marketing representative who now push your brand to everyone I meet who have plan to come to Dayton, OH and need a place to stay.
