Staff is rude and the hotel is over priced. If you stay here be cautious of price gouging.

We had stayed in a Holiday Inn Express a week earlier in another location. It was not a good experience, however, this Holiday Inn Express has renewed my faith in this hotel chain! Upon our arrival, we were greeted to a room with one king bed when we had requested 2 doubles. Our first thought was, "Here we go again!" The hotel was full, so we were not able to change rooms. However, the guest clerk offered us a roll-away bed (at no extra charge). Our expectations were very low regarding the comfort of the bed, but to our surprise, it was a very comfortable mattress and box springs!! The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and breakfast was great! We would definitely stay at this motel again and highly recommend it! This recommendation comes from someone with very high expectations!

We stayed here for one night and the rooms are nice, clean and spacious but noisy. The room doors SLAM shut and are very loud. So loud they woke us up and kept us awake. The price was more than most Holiday Inn Express and there was nothing extra for the price. Might stay here again because it is in a good location when travelling to Florida.

Great place to stay when on the road and away from home. The facility is fairly new within the past 2 years but is very well maintained and cared for. The staff and management are always helpful, friendly and willing to take the time to make your experiance a good one.
The rooms are comfortable, well kept and relaxing. Their internet access is well above any other hotel in the area.

The front desk staff here is WONDERFUL. I had a issue with my room, my fault, not theirs, and they were more than happy to just upgrade me to a suite. They couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating here! BRAVO!

As a Priority Club member and having stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels, this was my least favourite due to the evening customer service and the price. When we checked in I was told that my Priority Club card was invalid (only to find out it was valid the next day at the same hotel). I was not offered my Priority Club complimentary goodies (even though I showed my card). The price of our room was significantly more than we had paid in all the Holiday Inn Express Hotels we had stayed in the last 5 days on our journey to and from Hilton Head, USA to Ontario, Canada.
The room was noisy due to the proximity to the Highway.
