Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Early check in delayed, and delayed, and delayed Although we had called a month ahead of time to request an early check in, then a week ahead of time to confirm it, and an hour ahead of our arrival to reconfirm -- the hotel could not deliver. We twiddled our thumbs waiting to leave our dog so that we could attend the SF graduation. which made for a very stressful ceremony! The hotel room and restaurant were very nice, but we were disappointed that our "Priority Club" status and careful forward planning got us nothing. May 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and the room was very clean. I always enjoy my stay here. May 9, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pictures present hotel as a much higher quality hotel than actual quality. Good service, but older, hotel in need of restorations. Appears to have originally been a 2 star low-end hotel chain purchased later by HI. Carpets are filthy and stained. For myself, dirty, badly stained makes me feel unsure about the cleanliness of everything else...like linens, bath, etc. April 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fantastic Have stayed there in the past, the hotel is a little old even though they renovated. Some of the internal cosmitics in the room could improve, but the staff is what makes the stay. Everytime I'm in Fayetteville, I will stay at the Bordeaux. It's easy to compare hotels, but hard to compare the people. I stay in holiday inns 6 months out of the year, there are some I would blackball and never stay again, this one is a five star for the people. April 24, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service We had an unexpected stay in Fayetteville after a car accident on I95. Everyone at the hotel from the front desk to Faith in housekeeping was exceptional! The room was very comforable and quiet, which was a pleasant surprise being right across the road from the hospital. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. Thank you for the excellent stay. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Elevator service The property is absolutely stunning with the recent renovation, and the service was wonderful; however, the elevators should have been replaced also as they took WAY to long to go up and down and also, we were on the back side of the hotel and there were NO LUGGAGE CARTS over there which made lugging your suitcases up and down tiresome. Suggest servicing the elevators and putting luggage carts near the elevators for everyones use! April 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Safety of my neice and her son This stay was great for my niece and family. I used my priority points so my niece would not have to sleep on her Mothers Sofa Sleeper. She said everything was great. Her son even commented on how much he enjoyed the room, even when his Mom left for a while he felt very comfortable. I do prefer Holiday Inn Express but this Holiday Inn stands right next to them. April 7, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not again I stayed here for 2 weeks. Full-spread breakfast every morning was GREAT! First thing I noticed in the room was a wall outlet box falling off the wall. It was fixed the next day, but I noticed that another one was in the same condition but they didn't bother to look and see if there were any more. The TV channels list was inaccurate. There may have been 40 available of the 60 or 70 on the list. No HBO? What hotel doesn't have HBO or Showtime?? I called within the first 2 days and was told they were trying to get the channels working. When I left, there was no change, and the desk clerk that I talked to the night before I left said she hadn't heard of any channels not working. The hotel is shaped in a horseshoe. I was on the inside of the horseshoe. Apparently the conference room by the lobby is also rented out as a party hall. Expect much noise from people walking around and raising cain in the middle of the horseshoe as well as down the hallways during/after these parties. Heading back to NC in a week, but will not be staying at the Bordeaux. Holiday Inn express, here I come! March 25, 2013
