We had a great stay here. Quality hotel with all around good service. The free breakfast wasn't that great, but that is to be expected. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this hotel. The property is very new and the rooms are clean and well thought out. One of the best HI Expr that I've stayed. There was only one person at the desk and she was busy when we checked in.

What a breath of fresh air! This hotel is modern, well-maintained,and has a great staff! What a pleasure to be recognized as a platinum member on arrival, and be upgraded to a suite without asking. The front desk staff was pleasant,accomodating and helpful. Another welcome addition were the two menus from restaurants that delivered to the hotel-one was a chain and the other a local steakhouse that delivered for free! Easy access to and from the interstate. Could not recommend this hotel more!

we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. our room was very nice and clean, as was the whole hotel. breakfast was good, as expected at a HI. the front desk helped us with restaurants and shopping places. see tanglefoot restaurant for more info.
This is a very nice place to stay. thank you ladies for all your help.
Price is a very good deal.
Room Tip: we were on the 4th floor and that is where we would stay again

The staff did a nice job with the wedding and reception. Food was excellent for the buffet. Accommodations were a good value.

The rooms are very large, the bathroom is very very comfortable and cozy, love to have frigo in the room, but would be a lot better if microwave was available.
I stayed in the hotel 10 days and it was a very good experience

I have stayed in many places but the staff at this location made my stay most pleasurable. Their friendliness and care concerning the comfort of their customer demonstrated high quiality service. The comfort and quietness of the room only added to this experience. Thanks Holiday Inn Festus for making this stay quality!!!!!!

The pool was very nice, but wish there was a spa.
