Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay, As Usual I normally use this hotel as a quick stop over on my way to California. However I had to be in town for a few days and got to stay this time. Great location but not to close to highway to hear noise. Easy to get to UNA and other areas I needed. June 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Family trip - nice pool It was all we needed for our summer road trip. The pool had the kids entertained after a hot day traveling. As typical the room was neat and clean as were the common areas. Above normal was the friendliness of the staff and the manager personally greeted folks at breakfast to see how we were doing. Convenient off I-40 and very close to the Lowell Observatory. June 13, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Goood and Bad The hotel is old and in need of maintenance. Our beds were comfortable and maid service was good. Too run our refrigerator, you had to roll cabinet out and unplug the microwave, or vice versa, to run microwave, you had to roll cabinet out and unplug refrigerator. Our sofa was hard as a rock and very dirty. Breakfast was prepared and served really good and kitchen service was also good. Our biggest complaint was the "advertised 24 hour a day shuttle service to and from airport" . We were met by a young man and lady on a "hippy" type taxi, and attire, after waiting for 25 min., after we called. We rented a car one day and set up for the "shuttle,taxi" to meet us at 7:45 at airport to take us back to hotel, the shuttle did not show up, we called a second time, and after a total of 45 minutes , the airport was getting ready to close and the rental car representative gave us a ride back to hotel, otherwise , we would have been alone at an empty, closed airport and no way to reach another cab. When we requested (24 hours in advance) an "on time" shuttle to take us to airport to fly home, we were told they could not guarantee if the shuttle would come on time or an hour late, and if we did not like that, we could call our own taxi and find a way to airport. As it turns out a liitle while later we were assured a more reliable taxi had been secured for the next morning's drive to airport and he was on time. June 6, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Have stayed at this property 2 times before but we were disappointed this time..The pool area was dirty, windows looked like they had some sort of stickers at one time and looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. The cleanliness of the room was worse than the times we have stayed before.. We will find a different place to stay the next time we visit Flagstaff. June 6, 2013
