This hotel is very clean and has a nice up to date look. The rooms were very comfortable and clean as well. The staff were all very friendly, and I would recomend, to anyone staying in the area, that they choose this hotel.

My wife & I - with our little dog have been there several times. The staff has always been most friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly which makes it rare and exceptional. We'll always stay there when visiting our family in the area.

had a very hectic weekend I did not get to use all that was there, but all of the people here were great. i would stay here again, and the room was great.

For a 2.5 star hotel, Cable channels were lacking. Bedding seemed old, bathrooms outdated.

We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub was out of service
but the room and everything else was nice. The manager said we would get a 15% but I dont think we every actually recieved it.

As I had a reservation and wasn't a walk in guest I expected my room to be ready for my arrival; maybe a light on and the heat adjusted appropriately. Instead, there wasn't a light on and the room was at a very cold 63. I adjusted the temperature to my comfort level and went out for dinner. Upon my return, the room was down too a very chilly 65. I get saving energy but this was a bit excessive.
I found the card in the bathroom telling me what I would be charged if I took any of the terry or linen items to be a bit offensive. I've never seen this displayed in any hotel....very tacky and the prices listed were totally outrages ($15 for a Holiday Inn towel!?). Maybe it will deter some of the guests that help themselves to these items. I just didn't like it.
The pillows had 'soft' and firm' pillow cases on them but they were all the same....very old and out of shape. and there certainly wasn't a firm one of the bunch.
When I arrived, no one was at the counter. and I had to ring the bell. When I left for dinner there was no one again. In the morning I told the desk person I was leaving my room and she asked if I received the speedy checkout form under my door but never asked how my stay or my room was. A bit unusual for the industry.
I gave my credit card info when I made the reservation but when they listed me as a Priority Club Member they transfered old incorrect info so I had to correct it upon check in. A bottle of water for a Priority Club Member seems kind of chincy.

Lots of parking, easy load in/out. We always enjoy our staff at Holiday Inn Express!!
