Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful and Friendly Staff The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us advice on how to get to the Wedding venue we were attending! We had visitors to our hotel during our stay and the staff made them equally welcome! One member of our party is disabled and their room was very well laid out, could have done with a couple of hand rails in the bedroom area, but quite good none the less. Staff in the Breakfast room offered to help us with the wheelchair and found us seating and wheelchair space without us asking, which was very nice. Overall a very good stay! Thanks May 15, 2013

The differences were slight, and if you won't be spending a lot of time in the room, you might opt for this more economical choice. Excellent location close to excellent shopping on Buchanan St, Buchanan St. bus station and Queen St train station. Would definitely stay again. May 8, 2013
