It appeared there needed to be more than 1 person working at the front desk as I had 3 separate occurrences over 1 1 night stay. Check in was fine; however, about 1/2 hr. later which was about 3:30 mind you only about 1/2 hr. from check in time & no one was at the front desk for assistance for over 20 minutes when I just wanted to ask about ice machines. Thankfully another guest who had been staying there helped me by informing me it was in the room, you just had to turn in on. I had no idea....maybe a blonde moment, but would have been nice to know w/out having to wait 20 minutes. Later on, maybe an hour later, my other guest went to check in to the room which a key was left for her and she was next in line & instead of the front desk associate asking my friend if he could help her quickly, he took off and took the woman just in front of her on a tour of the room she would be booking 2 weeks out to ensure it was adequate enough for her, while my friend stood there waiting for again about 1/2 hr. Finally when I went to check out at approximately 11:30, surprise, surprise, no one was at the front desk (waited approx. 15 minutes until he came back) then, instead of helping me, he answers not 1 but 2 phone calls & booked rooms for callers, another 15 minutes passes and finally he even acknowledges me and then says can I help you, I just wanted to check out which took all of 3 minutes at most. Personally, I think that was so unprofessional, considering I was an existing guest standing there, he should have said to the callers, please hold a moment. I would have been right out of there. Overall poor quality service for sure!

Friendly staff, clean accommodations, felt like being at home. After this experience I will definitely try my best to book my reservations at the Staybridge Suites. Highly satisfied!!!

Excellent faciility. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Like the kitchenet and the lay out. Comfortable and accomodating. Slept well. Quite and clean. Close to the events.

We stayed here because we went to a Coyotes hockey game. The service and facility were both terrific and we'll recommend it to others. It is family friendly too.

It was my first time at a Staybridge, but won't be the last. Pua Costa and Cynthia were awesome at check-in (they were awesome the whole time we were there! Really hard workers, and so nice! They were a pleasure to work with!) My team and I travel approximately 45 weeks a year, so this hotel really felt like a second home. Breakfast and the manager's receptions were great ways to start and end the day. We had team members spread out in several hotels nearby, but I'll recommend they all stay here when we're back in July. Thanks for the hospitality!
