It's simple to book your meeting or event. With our Easy Meetings tool (available in English, French and Spanish only), you'll find everything you need to plan and book your meeting or event in a streamlined format.
Step 1 - Enter your location, dates and number of people attending your meeting or event.
Step 2 - Browse a list of hotels in your requested location, including hotel details and meeting and events facilities information, and make your choice.
Step 3 - Enter the details of your meetings or events needs.
Step 4 - Review your rate information and the details of your event, enter your contact information and submit. Meetings and events reservation options vary by location, but you will have the opportunity to either book online or request a quote.
If you use the Request a Quote process, you will receive a prompt quote from IHG.
If you use the Book Online process, you will receive an immediate confirmation of your reservation.
