Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Job I travel every week and I stay and Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express all the time. Often times they have cookies near the end of the day at Holiday Inn Express. I asked them why they didn't have cookies at Graham. I was just kidding them and giving them a hard time. The Manager said they were working to start that program and later he gave me a package of oreos. Cool! March 13, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Desk staff was great I was not impressed with the breakfast, they were low on everything (if not completely out of certain stuff) when I asked the lady she said a truck hadn't came In? And even the front desk guy said the same thing when i said something. WOW, Really? I find this to be a poor excuse. They were not busy at all! I didn't like that everything was individual wrapped either (this told me it was not fresh) even the fruit was plastic wrapped? I had stayed at a HIE in Brownwood prior to my stay here and it was slammed with a bus of men and everything the next morning was fresh and they were not out of anything that I could tell. Not sure I want to stay here next month when I am in the area.. February 5, 2013

The front desk manager kept calling me dear or darling and I did NOT like that at all. She was younger than me! GREAT breakfast staff, very efficient! February 1, 2013
