The whole staff from the GM to the maintenance man are all great people and it's always a joy staying there. I always stay at this location when I'm within a 100 miles of Greensburg. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant but not so much The hotel in general and upon arrival is nice. However after my partner and I checked in we went to our room. We realized that the room had a funny odor. We was trying not to let it bother us though. That night we got into bed. We heard everything people upstairs and the barking dogs. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I really think that for the price you pay to stay at this hotel it isn't worth it. In all honesty I'm not hard to please but this hotel missed the mark. I don't think that the price of this hotel matched what it was made out to be. Bottom line I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you plan to sleep. February 10, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay. This was a surprise for my husbands birthday. The staff had our rm ready early. Had to ask the housekeeper to help me get the whirlpool tub going. And she did so without any questions. Very helpful! The staff was all very friendly & curtious. Had a snow the next day. Need to work on that car cleaning staff... Just kidding. Thanks for helping make a surprise a surprise. February 6, 2013

The rooms are excellent. Many hotels that accept pets are dirty, smelly, and just awful! It is great that they do such an excellent job here January 6, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Greensburg revisited I stay in a lot of hotels. Approx. 75 night a year. I go back to visit family several times a year and always stay at the holiday Inn. They are always friendly, the place is always clean, and is the best hotel by far in greensburg. I have stayed at them all and this is the one we always go back too. November 13, 2012
