We checked in after 6pm after a long drive on the road. We were given our keys and went to our room, only to learn that it was being cleaned. We went back downstairs and the front desk (her name was Precious) told us.."oh yeah, your room is being cleaned you will need to wait. I was not amused. There was very little empathy...very little apology. I was told they were booked the night before and they didn't have the staff to get the rooms ready. The housekeeper told us it was questionable scheduling for the housekeeping staff.
One member (male# on the front staff was very responsive and went upstairs to try and help. I had to ask #was not offered) it we could lock our luggage in a secure location versus taking it back to our car. Precious was rude, and as a customer I was not impressed with our we were treated.

This was our first visit to the Greenville area. The hotel is centrally located and was very accessible to all the events we needed to attend. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable of the area and was always ready to help with a smile. Every staff member with whom we had contact was extremely personable and helpful.

i spent the night in 3 different holiday inns. all were VERY clean , beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly and the breakfast offered were very nice. i enjoy staying in all Holiday Inns

I have spent many nights at this hotel. The WiFi availability is always poor or simply not available. My last stay found me not only unable to connect to the Internet, but the TV was out due to servicing. Otherwise, the rooms are great and comfortable and the staff is wonderful. Please correct the Internet issues.

we stay at this holiday inn express every time we drive this way. Staff isnalways friendly, room clean and spacious. Breakfast is mostly the same at all holiday inns. It's ok, but when you eat there all the time you get a little tired. Have to say there is pretty good variety at the breakfast bar.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable with the room. The room was nice and I was pleased with the customer service from all staff.
