Upon my arrival and through my stay all the employees were very helpful, courteous. I felt very secure and cared for.
My rrom was very confrtable and quiet so I was able to rest very well.
Specialy the bellboys were very helpful with al my needs.

I recommend this location. Located just in front of the plaza del sol shopping center. Nice restaurants. For fresh food "La Cabanita" You have to taste their veggie tortas and natural fresh made fruit or vegetable juices. I recommend the agua de lima. There is a Starbucks in the center of the plaza. If you are visiting maquiladoras (manufacturers) such as Sanmina or Flextronics or Jabil, they are all about 20 to 30 minutes away in a TAXI. Taxis to these maquilas run about $120 to $150 pesos. I which the wireless internet was faster. When everyone is connected in the early morning or late afternoon/evening, the internet service is very slow. Slower than DSL. Adios. However, the breakfast bar in excellent. Fresh fruit (papaya is good).

Everything was great except from the maid that I asked two consecutives situations and she was not in service attitude. People from desk, restaurant and parking lot very kind. Only this situation with service people.

The people at the hotel are kind and courteous, the breakfast is good, rooms are comfortable but you need to log in every 5 - 10 minutes, the internet service is annoying. And I have ask the front desk to deactivate my key every single day. I was there for 5 days.

Excelente Hotel en todos los aspectos, el único detalle es que el equipo que tienen para hacer gimnasio no funciona y creo que deberían cambiarlo.

Yo me alojé en este hotel tres o cuatro veces el año pasado, no recuerdo exactamente, y siempre ha habido un servicio de excelente calidad, solamente la última vez la plancha estaba muy mal, parecía que la habían azotado contra la pared varias veces, se le caían piezas, la parte metálica estaba rota de la punta y no calentaba, se lo hicimos saber a la señorita que estaba limpiando una habitación contigua y sin siquiera ver la plancha nos dijo que sí servía pero el problema era que nosotros no la sabíamos usar; marcamos a recepción y les dimos nuestra queja y muy amablemente nos mandaron otra plancha. Otra cosa que me pareció muy bien la última vez que me alojé es que pusieron otro platillo en el buffet y este variaba diariamente, esto es algo muy bueno porque las otras veces tenía que desayunar lo mismo toda la semana. En general es un buen hotel con personal muy amable y capacitado, salvo por la señorita mencionada anteriormente, son muy bueno pero pueden mejorar, gracias.
