The staff of reception desk was unfriendly, didn't welcome as member and what was worse i had to rush on my work and reach the hotel before 19 otherwise they were give away my room also if i had reservation. They increased the prices comparing with all other time i ve been before and were not able to justify! i asked to speack with the manager but never came back to me, when check out i asked again to talk with manager and again no way, i left my namecard asking to contact me but never came back!!
overall the hotel is good, but the staff no, i also really didn t like at restaurant waitress are too much invasive and don t staying over you waiting to take immediatly the dish while you' re eating...

I stayed already 8 times in this hotel and price and service ist okay,
My experiences special on the frontdesk are perfect. The staff, special in the night try there best to make the check in as fast as possible. The only part I dislike is the morning breakfast, since beginning from my first stay everytime it is very complicated for the cooks to provide me boiled eggs in a way I want. I really don't understand what is so difficult to make 6 minutes eggs there. I do it at home by myself and better don't sing, it seems not difficult.
Convinient is the stay however the eggs, I never get in a shape I want, close to the airport and the hotel is very new.
Sometime the have in the bar some singers, they better don't sing.
It is better when the hire people they are real singer and not some
karaokee hobby singer from somewhere.

the staff knew very little English and the little they knew the provided bad service, it seemed as if they don't care at all about their guests including the assistant manager, will never stay here again, should lose the crowne plaza brand.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Chinese New Year's begin and end
We stayed at the Crown Plaza Huadu the day before and just after Chinese New Year. This due it's convenient for us to meet there friends from Hong Kong, Huadu and us from Shanghai.
Know this hotel from it's start, and it's the best value there is.
Even the suites we've got the first day, were normally booked for the last day, did they do their best to give us the same room. Unfortunately, the person who has booked it, let this know too late to the hotel, so we stayed in a normal room.
Anyhow, even this room was spacious and more than satisfied for us.
Little remark: most dishes at breakfast should be warmer, overal good choice and nice coffee.
