Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Inept First of all, they sent my companions to a different room than the one they had scheduled us in...room 420...real room 105. the hallway to get into the elevator takes some expertise and skill to get the cart into and out of the elevator...so inconvenient, at best. I told the GM(not knowing it was the GM) that the lock on our door was broken...the extra security lock. He said we would be fine...no problem. Well, the next am a man slid a key into our door and walked in...obviously not okay. He had three people with him...we were in various stages of undress...getting ready to go. Instead of seeing us and rapidly shutting the door, he was rather a dolt and just kept the door open, standing there explaining himself. No knock, no phone call...they assumed we were out of the room. Sooooo, overall not a great stay and would reconsider staying there again. January 10, 2013
