The only problem was the slow internet connection. I work when I travel, and was unable to complete my work due to the slow connection the hotel was experiencing. Other than that, I would highly recommend this oasis. It is the second time I have stayed here, and will stay again. Good breakfast, good beds, showers, everything you'd expect for an evening. Thank you

This hotel is wonderful. It's new, well appointed and clean.
The staff is great and very accomadating. We had a restful night and enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was everything you could hope for, lots of variety and plenty of coffee.
If we are in Guymon we will definately stay here again.

We've stayed at many Holiday Inn Express Hotels all over the country and just about won't stay anywhere else. They are a wonderful hotel chain. However, I would not return to this one. The staff was not as friendly as we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. The biggest problem was the noise level. While we were trying to get two small children to go to sleep, we had the "pleasure" of hearing every word of the conversations in the rooms next to us. It literally kept us awake until midnight! I might expect this in a 25 year old, run down, hotel chain, but not from Holiday Inn Express. I pay more money for clean, quiet rooms and exceptional service that I can expect from a Holiday Inn Express. This one didn't measure up, and I will not go back.

We had to stay at this hotel for 3 days! Our vehicle broke down and we had to wait until a family member could take off work and come get us! We arrived early afternoon on New Year's Eve and they gave us a wonderful suite on the 1st floor! We were right across from the swimming pool and our 5 and 8 year old boys enjoyed that! They went swimming at least once a day and they had a friend who was staying at the hotel for a few days and swam with them several times. My husband swam with them most of the time and they all enjoyed the hot tub, too! It is a beautiful hotel and we ALL enjoyed the fresh cookies in the afternoon and the wonderful breakfast! The business center was nice and we enjoyed the shuttle bus service also! It was nice to do some shopping at Walmart! Everyone made our forced stay there really comfortable!
