In the parking place, security guy who's showing the way was unfriendly, sounds he's very much concerned whether I'm a hotel guest. After checked in, the reception told me that the executive lounge isn't available yet. It used to be a king size bed, but it's only in queen size one. Although the rooms is a suite. Check- out: staff seems not familiar with the procedure and there're nobody besides to train. Spent my time to train instead!! Very disappointed experience. Believe it would be better!!
