Highlights of any visit to Syracuse University include the SU Art Galleries and its variety of permanent and temporary art exhibits, Hendricks Chapel with its large rotunda, and the Ernest S. Bird Library and its special collections department that houses documents by John Calvin, Rene Descartes and Sir Frances Bacon, among others.

The setting was quiet. The Candlewood does allow Pets which can be very nice if traveling with a Pet. I was not but am a pet owner.
I will definitely use this hotel if I ever am traveling with my Dog. Kitchen was nicely appointed for a longer stay. The overall one bed room suite felt spacious.
