Visiting Boston University
Boston University is smack dab in the middle of the biggest college town in the world. With the main campus situated on nearly two miles of Commonwealth Avenue, BU is literally steps away from the heart of the city. Straddling the picturesque Charles River and running from Agganis Arena to Kenmore Square, the historic school offers a little something for everyone.
In addition to the Charles River Campus, Boston University has a medical campus located minutes away in the South End. Because it is in the heart of Boston, the campus lacks a true green space; however, students make good use of the small stretch of grass nicknamed the BU Beach.
