Alabama isn’t a stranger to its nature attractions with the Noccalula Falls, Cathedral Caverns and Cheaha Mountain making a home here. Noccalula Falls is a 90-foot flowing waterfall receiving its name after a Cherokee princess whose lover’s tale ended tragically at this gorgeous landmark. The entrance into Cathedral Caverns is enormous, but inside is an even more spectacular sight to see with Big Rock Canyon, Goliath and other impressive formations created by Mother Nature. Cheaha Mountain is one of the highest points in Alabama and is best known for its hiking.
