Crowne Plaza is probably one of San Diego's hidden gems when it comes to hotels and properties. My group and I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were accommodating and helpful with any[More]
issues we had. The rooms were extremely comfortable, quiet, and provided us with an excellent view of the resort and surrounding environment. The restaurants near the lobby have excellent food, reasonably priced, and feature a comforting atmosphere. I look forward to staying at this resort during my future visits to San Diego. [Less]
Can't go wrong with a brand new hotel since everything from the furniture to the carpet has the new smell permeating throughout the hallways and rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. I wish[More]
the front desk staff had a more welcoming/caring attitude. The gentleman that was helping another guest sounded helpful, but the younger woman helping me out was just there to hand me the keys and shoo me away. If I hadn't overheard the gentleman telling the other guest about the breakfast hours and pool/sports court accessibility, I would've had questions after going up to my room. Front desk definitely needs more training on customer service. [Less]
