had our pet bird with us. Not all hotels allowed pets and the fees varied from $10 - $30...strange. Internet access is imperative as we both have home-based, internet dependent businesses and free internet access is appreciated, although the quality and speed was not dependable. During peak hours it was very slow and undependable. I hate staying in hotel rooms that do not have operable windows to allow at least a crack of fresh air in. 2 of the hotels we stayed at allowed windows to be opened. The unhealthy, stale air is irritating and not customer-friendly. The industrial, packaged food served at the breakfast room is disgusting and should seriously be re-evaluated. I appreciate the early hours access to coffee although because I am not a fan of multiple, tiny plastic containers of ultra-high heat pasteurized half [Less]
