Clarence gave us a warm welcome when we pulled up to the front door, took our bags inside and even rode in the elevator with us to make sure we got to our room. A group of 12+ were going to to[More]
concert at the Pageant that evening and Clarence picked us up in the hotel bus at a local restaurant and took us to the concert. We asked if the hotel bus could pick us up after the concert and Clarence said he was scheduled to get off at 10 pm that night but would stay later so he could pick us up. We called the hotel after 11 pm and Clarence came with a 2nd hotel bus to make sure he could get all us back to hotel-THANK YOU, CLARENCE!!! He was SO friendly and went above and beyond to provide the BEST customer service possible!!! The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and the FREE breakfast had everything you could want, made to order omelets, belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast, fresh fruit, hash browns, grits, yogurt, even pizza!!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!! [Less]
Great value, consistant room quality, but,,,,,,,, the WiFi at this property continues to disappoint. My guess is that they have their vendor check the system during the day (when few users are[More]
on-site), when they should have the system evaluated at 9pm, when the building is full of users.
If it wasn't for my ability to be able to tether off my smartphone, when the property WiFi is difficult to access, I'd have to stay elsewhere.
