I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience at the Holiday Inn Express on Cinnamon Hill Lane in Columbia Missouri.
I have stayed at many IHG hotels (mostly Holiday Inns) during my travels.[More]
The one in Columbia, Missouri has by far been the best one so far.
My family was in town for the graduation of our daughter from MIZZOU (University of Missouri). Although, we only came from Kansas City and stayed just one night, the customer service was outstanding.
This brand new hotel is one of the best (and largest) Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The rooms were large and cleaned (as expected). One of the best features is the Express Start Breakfast Bar. We really enjoy the many fresh choices and all you can eat concept (as always).
Most notable were the employees, TJ, Jeff and Becky. All three of these folks were great in terms of providing outstanding customer service. TJ stood out the most during our breakfast meal He was walking around and making sure the guests had whatever they needed. I never experienced that type of food service support at any other Express Starts.
We only needed to stay one night, however, I wish I could have stayed longer just to enjoy the hotel itself. You can best believe that when I have to visit Columbia again, I will always choose this Holiday Inn to stay at.
Keep up the great work and continue to hire quality team members. [Less]
