It started with landing a super-early check-in when my first meeting was rescheduled and I had lots of time between my flight arrival and work. That same night, I requested some plates, silverware, and napkins to be able to eat in the room, using the kitchenette provided, and they were given to me with a smile and some friendly chat - even though I was totally being "that" guest!
