The front desk staff at check-in and server at breakfast were excellent; the bar staff and morning front desk/management staff lacked customer service skills and acted as if they were bothered by us[More]
being there. We were promised compensation by the night time MOD; and, were told by the a.m. staff that it was never promised. The bar staff was slow and rude. Because of the hotels downtown location, the room was a little noisy -- but, the room was very comfortable and clean. I would not recommend this hotel because I've had far superior experiences at other downtown Charlotte hotels. [Less]
