Canadian river, in West Oklahoma City, by Lake Overholser. Bethany has the feel of a "real" small town, unlike some of the other communities amalgamated into the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Another plus is that it is on the old Route 66, just past the original two lane concrete road. In this hotel you will see a cross section people visiting the area, or traveling for work. This includes the occasional overseas tourist like me. It is a safe place too. In addition to being clean, efficient with friendly staff, this hotel is certainly recommended if you are looking to visit OKC and see how normal people live and work. [Less]

Also, when I went online to book the room, it was listed as a room with a king size bed. However, my room had a queen size bed. Didn't really matter as they were priced the same. [Less]
