I chose the Holiday Inn for the security of the interior corridors. I am so glad that I did. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The only reason I didn't sleep doesn't really have anything to do[More]
with the room/hotel/bed, it's just me. The other reviews of the hotel complained about worn rooms, noisy AC, etc. While there were some cosmetic upgrades needed, that did not detract from my stay at all. The Bath and Body toiletries were a plus. Daily housekeeping was quiet and efficient. The AC was noisy one night, but I found that it had to do with the door covering the control panel, and once I found that it was quiet.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. it is well worth it. [Less]
