Stayed one night for Scarborough Faire. Rates were increased for this, which I find ridiculous. Room was fine. Not really loving the breakfast. Overall the property was a perfectly fine place to stay.[Less]
Overall, the room was great but the service was horrible. I say this because I stayed here for a job conference and the room was payed for prior to my trip by my employer . When I checked in they[More]
asked for a credit card hold of 20 dollars for incidentals which makes sense and i always do it. On my check out date I checked my account and not only did they charge the 20 incidental fee but they also charged 89.38, and a 238 fee. When I called concerning the charges they could not explain the charges to me. What's even more upsetting is that they also charged my employer the hotel fee. I'm disputing this now with my bank but it's definitely an inconvenience and I will not be staying here again. My advise is if you plan to stay here check your account on a daily basis. [Less]
