I have stayed at this hotel in the pat due to access to my nearby business meetings in the downtown area. The room was fine but the front desk service on day two was lacking. I stopped by the front[More]
desk prior to my dinner meeting and asked for some coffee for my room as the room was cleaned earlier in the day without coffee packs. After dinner I stopped by the front desk and requested a wake-up call for 6AM. Not only did I not receive my coffee, the wake-up call did not occur. While some may not think this is important, it is to someone that was lived out of hotels for the past 26 years. [Less]
