arrival. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay more enjoyable and pleasant as possible. The only concern I encountered was the nuisance and the noise of barking dogs right next door and across the hall from my room on the 4th floor. I thought pets were not allowed on the 4th floor, but I was sadly mistaken when the roar of barking dogs woke me up early in the morning. Fortunately, when I called the front desk to report the annoying dogs a front desk clerk professionally asked the owners to please quiet their pets or take them outside. I would like to suggest and highly recommend that all guest with pets be assigned rooms on the first two floors. Logically speaking, if a dog is barking uncontrollably a reasonable and considerate owner staying on the 1st or 2nd floor could quickly remove the animal from the hotel and not expose the noise and disturbance to other hotel guest while trying to move their animal into the elevator on the 4th floor, down to the 1st floor and eventually out of the hotel. I personally appreciate a clean, quite and sanitary pet-free room on the 4th floor if any exist. Please consider this reasonable request. [Less]
