This property has always been nice because of its location near the old city. Nice amenities and good location. The room and hotel were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. As always with staying in Heidelberg, the price was high. Everything was good except for some of the logistics. Arrangements with the parking and internet service took some repeat efforts before we could use the services without hassle.

We stayed two nights at this hotel on a 14-day trip through 4 countries. We stayed at some hotels that were quite a bit more expensive than this one, and we had the best hotel experience of the trip here. We found the facilities and bed to be comfortable. We also enjoyed some good drinks at the bar. However, what pleased us the most was the staff. The front office manager went above and beyond to ensure we were accomodated and that we had all information we needed to enjoy our time in Heidelberg.

We spend an enjoyable weekend in this property. Staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are modern and well appointed. Good location as well -it is easy to reach the city centre on food.

My wife & I stayed for one night, Friday to Saturday. We parked our car at the underground carpark beneath the hotel, had easy access to reception. Fast and easy welcome, with friendly directions to the elevators, slightly larger corner room on the third floor.
We had chosen a double bed, wpould have preferred two duvets instead of one because of different sleeping patterns, and also larger pillows, but had a fine mattress, and I am sure had we asked would have gotten additional blankets and/or pillows.
The room had the usual amenities of the given price-range, like free instant coffee, minibar at a flatrate, TV with a decent size, large bathroom with a powerful shower, nice towels, big mirror above the sink.
We very much enjoyed the spa, with sauna, steam bath and a wide pool, complete with complimentary bathrobe.
The only downside was a frequent one: No one should pay 22 Euros for breakfast per head, as you would get 3 very decent ones for that price in any of the 50 cafes within walking distance in Heidelbergs beautiful pedestrian zone.

Very friendly staff and the room was very clean.

When i arrived, i was informed, that no standard rooms are available, so i got an upgrade to a Junior Suite. Allmost a perfect stay. But as in most Hotels, the Bathroom need to be refurnished. Does not meet the Standard of a Junior Suite. It was clean, but old. Hope that i get the same Room (218/219) at my next visit... ;-)

Remarkable is the unobtrusive service of the staff members.

Hotel was in a good location ( on the edge of tourist area). Room was big by European standards. Had a courtyard room so very quiet. Would stay there again.
