Comfortable hotel just outside the city centre, a short tram ride.
Rooms quiet and comfortable. Can be a bit too warm.
Sauna and pool is a bonus , but you need to take your bathing suit.
Restaurant good atmosphere but menu very limited and expensive. Service is excellent.

Felt very welcome at the reception desk. by check in. My requests re room location were met without hesitation and free news paper was offered and delivered each morning. Breakfast buffet with good variety and great that you can order an omelet or fried eggs!
Restaurant offers good quality food that is not too expensive.
The wellness/gym facilities are really good.
The location offers a nice walk either to the city or at the Töölö Bay.
Overall I was very satisfied and shall stay in this hotel i the future.

Very nice hotel, rooms well apointed, the club lounge is open all day, and pretty well stocked.
restaurant and Breakfast service is of a good standard, could do with doubling up on the drinks station for breakfast though!
Only downside is the very expensive parking at the hotel in a rubbish car park. 26 euros per 24 hour block and the only way in and out is to walk back on the roadway the car came down, no stairs or lift from the lower basement (-2 level). Doesn;t quite feel right for what otherwise is a very nice hotel.
Will stay again when next in the city - but will look to park the car somewhere else!

We had a great stay at the Crown Plaza .The staff were very friendly and helpful .The room was clean and comfortable .I would certainly book this hotel again

I was in Helsinki for two day's for training and Crowne Plaza was a true Haven after a long and exchausting day. Excellent service, smart and fast parking, soft bed and really nice furniture. Very good location and a good view.

Just an average stay...decent room and bed...okay food on site...clean...overall average.
Staff did not want to be bothered with any questions.
Internet was frequently down leaving me unable to work.
Television picture was fuzzy on most channels and issues with sound.
Alone or in a group, the restaurant took way to long to do anything (2 hour minimum for meal).
