Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best HI Express ever visited I spent seven weeks at this hotel in seven different rooms (different room each week). Only one room had a bed that was not comfortable. Just changed to the other bed and it was great. The breakfast was very good with a varied selection of breakfast foods. But, after three weeks or so the selection got a little old. Not Holiday Inn's fault. Most people don't stay that long. Was working away from home so this place was great overall. All the staff were very nice and attentive. Would recommend this hotel for anyone that needs a room for one night or two months. April 4, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff, service, and facilities We stayed at the Hereford Holiday Inn Express in February. The purpose of the stay was for a funeral of a family member. From the time we called the hotel to check on availability and price, we were treated with refreshing professional, caring and helpful staff that went above and beyond. We had three sick kids and were generously offered housekeeping help and extra towels. We had the two bedroom suite with the kids bunk bed. The beds weren't bunked which worked better for us. The room was clean and pretty spacious. My only complaint was the.lack of a pancake machine for breakfast. December 1, 2012
