My biggest complaint is that the property looks warn out - the carpeting is left over from the Johnson administration. Also, the TV had the most bizarre channel designations I have EVER seen - what is channel 13.3?? As usual, the staff is friendly, the breakfast suitable and the beds, while firm, comfortable. The property needs better signage on the access road to help those who are not familiar with the area

On a recent visit, we experienced a problem with the room. Upon mentioning it to staff, they tried to relocate us but due to the level of occupancy and lateness of the day the change of room was not doable.
Upon check-out the staff had noted our concerns regarding the stay and said that the manager would contact us upon their arrival on the premises.
As of one week later - no contact from the manager.
Poor follow-up to a customers concerns from management.
Would not recommend the location to anyone seeking a service minded management. I'm not sure how much say the staff actually had in our concerns, but it seemed like the management was the only capable party to make decisions.
It seemed like staff provided help up to their power, however, management failed to follow-up.

I am amazed at the differance of quality assurance provided by each hotel every time i check into an HI Some hotels set a high standard others obviously do not This one does not. . This HI was below average in the Priority club members support. No news paper delivered to the door, no receipt delivered to my door upon checkout, no acknowledgement of points totals or appreciation gift such as water for my continued partonage. The lamp was defective in my room and the bathroom faucet was defective. This HI sets its standards low and hits that mark everytime. I did not feel that the peolpe in charge actually cared if the service were bad or good. I hope maybe it was just a bad week for them but i will let them make the excuses.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff persons were very helpful. Someone had not cleaned our room or changed beds and left. Vacuuming was needed and a piece of clothing was on the bathroom hook. This is a first for us at a Holiday Inn property, so we hope it was simply an oversight.

Extremely noisy hotel. Like sleeping on the Interstate. Noise from outside is ridiculous. Heat turns off and on all evening. Tv is very difficult to use. Food consists of semi rotten bananas, weak coffee,mushy sausage. I stay at Holiday Inns every week, but I won't stay at this one again.

I walked in on Monday March 18th unaware of the Midwest Truck show going on. I was there to do a service job in town, lady at front desk ask me how many nights I tell her 7, she tells me Wednesday night thru Saturday night might be a problem. She explained to me what was going on and told me to have a seat in the lobby, she would do her best to get me a room. After about 5 minutes she came back and told me she had me a room, I was very much appreciative of her working above and beyond what she had to do to get me a room.
