Both weeks at check in the only recognition of being a platinum member was I was handed a bag with water and chips, no "thank you for being a platinum member" no offer of a complimentary room upgrade. Also found rotten bananas in the cabinet in my room, I did stop and ask to have the bananas removed and the front desk apologized and did clean my entire room. April 19, 2013
