I just stayed at this hotel just this pass weekend. It's been four years since I've stayed there. The front desk staff was exceptional, especially Lawrence. The rest of the staff was professional and friendly. Other than a slow draining tub and running toilet. The room and value was perfect.

Amazed the way the place looks now. Visited the hotel in 2006 and it wasn't the same calibur of today. Nice job in getting to the level of services today. Wasn't particular happy with the interactions of the front desk, but other areas made up for it. Excellent work out/exercise equipment. The best I've seen in all the different places the family have stayed.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very good and at a price that was far less than competitors for that level of service. Would highly recommend others stay at this hotel and have already recommended to others that if they are in the Huntsville area they should make a point of staying there.

My most recent stay at your hotel was truly outstanding. The front desk staff was very helpful and made my stay quite enjoyable. And the room I was put in was extremely comfortable and just a great experience with the size of the room.

This was a nice hotel with big rooms. The only downfall was being on the 4th floor, the hot water was sporatic. Ended up with cold showers. But overall am happy with our stay.

The staff from the maids to the restaurant to the front desk was great. The concierge room with Carlos was awesome.

I stayed here for business purposes. I found for the most part the business accomodation's were adequite. However I found to my dimay that there was not enough hot water for my shower in the evening. Then had dinner in the restaurant at the hotel, that took over an hour to prepare a sandwitch. Overall for business the meeting rooms are very good. The staff provides excellent service with snacks and beverages. The shower situation was taken care of.
