Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 スタッフのサービスは満点 建物等全体的に古さを感じますが、清潔感があり、スタッフの対応もとてもスマートで丁寧なので、古さは気になりませんでした。 あと、リワーズクラブに入会していたのでレイトチェックアウト(14:00)が無料で利用でき助かりました。 チェックインの際『利用しません』と伝えていたのですが、翌日の急遽変更にも対応していただけました。 その他にも会員特典が盛りだくさんで、全部利用できなかったのが勿体なかったなあと感じています。 また、スリープ・アドバンテージもとても良かったです。 夜遅い時間なのに、わざわざお部屋までアロマを全種類持って来てくださり、好きな香りを選ぶ事が出来たのは良かったです。 朝食はブュッフェを利用しましたが、チーズ March 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 房间偏小,设备老旧 从大堂起就能够发现这个是个有些年代的酒店,设施尽管维护的还不错,但是明显老旧,没有国内的皇冠假日的时尚,坦白说,和国内的智选假日的硬件水平相比都没有优势。 房间的整洁程度可以点赞!交通也还算是便利,但是酒店楼内的餐厅看起来不是很好,最后还是去了三宫附近吃的饭。 February 27, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 對IHG白金大使沒有什麼尊重和優惠 登記入住時,櫃檯人員忘了給免費飲料券,還要我親自提醒索取,原本被告知4樓和36樓的酒吧都可使用,但是到了36樓卻被拒絕,還讓我和家人兩位都是白金大使會員等了十分鐘,最後才勉強讓我們進去使用。感覺真的不是很好。除了房間升一等,房內有給小點心食用之外,飯店的設施都要收費。房價這麼高,卻沒有什麼福利,員工一板一眼,完全不通人情。 我帶著高齡父母與全家人共11人同行,之前有寫email跟飯店知會說是要慶祝父母結婚45週年,但是飯店對此完全沒有回應,讓人感受不到歡迎和祝福。員工訓練真的需再加強。 入住前臨時加訂早餐,登記入住時飯店給了會員早餐折扣券,但是退房時的帳單完全沒有反映折扣,還好我有再次確認。但員工英語程度不佳,溝通上耗費近半小時時間,而嚴重耽誤全家旅遊的行程。 February 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Expensive and no special benefits for IHG memebrs At the beginning I booked three rooms without breakfast for my family and myself. Later I requested to add breakfast for each person, and the hotel charged me the standard breakfast fee. However, I received IHG Club member breakfast discount coupons when I checked in. It turned out the hotel did not charge me at the discounted price. Instead, I was charged at full price. I booked a small bus to Osaka the next day, but my schedule was delayed because I had to argue about the discounted breakfast fees. The reception staff cannot speak English well, so the driver had to wait for more than 20 minutes outside and our schedule in Osaka was seriously delayed. The fitness center and swimming pool is not free for hotel guests or even IHG elite members. The beds are also small. I don't see the value of staying at this hotel as an IHG elite member. When we wanted to use the free drink coupon, we were told we could use it at Level 36 bar. But when we went to the 36th floor, the Level 36 staff refused to let us enter. We had to argue again and finally were admitted after 10 minutes. The experience was really awful. We both are IHG Ambassador Platinum members, and we were treated like uneducated hotel guests. My parents are 88 and 72 years old. I emailed to the hotel in advance to inform them that our trip was to celebrate my parents' 45th wedding anniversary. But the hotel seems not interested in knowing that. No any kind words or warm mind to welcome us. In our family, 3 are IHG club members, and 2 of which are Ambassador Platinum members. It is very disappointing to stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe for vacation with family. I visited Kobe before and really like the city. That's why I brought my whole family there. But the experience in CP Kobe discouraged me to visit Kobe or stay at any ANA CP again. I feel it is not valuable for an IHG elite member to stay at this hotel. The room rate is quite expensive. With that money, I could stay at better and more luxury hotels with better service. I do not think I will stay at ANA CP again. February 23, 2015
