Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Exceptional staff I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel over what was a very difficult weekend for the staff during the recent demonstrations. With riot police outside and tear gas canisters being fired, the staff were incredibly professional and resourceful. They made sure the guest experience was a very pleasurable one and kept all services going without missing a beat. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's facilities. June 7, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by General I am a Platinum Ambassador (used to be Royal before I stopped travelling). I am loyal to Intercontinental brand. The staff are very cordial and helpfull no doubt about it. Once I lost a book at the swimming pool and before I checked out they managd to buy me a new one. This was amazing considering the effort required to find it in Istanbul book stores. My only comment is to change room furniture and colors would give it a fresh look and provide clients with a new experience. One small item which I thought should be irrelevant is the wifi use is charged to customers June 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to stay One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in a few!). The staff are very friendly and helpful in all departments. It's a good location and the only downside were all of the roadworks going on around the hotel and Taksim Square, but that's not the hotel's fault. I used room service one evening, and the food / service were very good. I was upgraded to a superb room, once they knew I was in the Priority Club. If I ever go back to Istanbul, then I would definitely stay here again. May 31, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable as a priority club member, i always try to stay at hotels which are part of the club. I enjoyed staying at the hotel and it was my first time but I was disappointed when I saw that part of the lobby was under maintenance and it was not brought to our notice during the reservation. How ever, it was nice experience and the services were excellent. And if I may suggest, hope you provide an entertainment function in the lobby by having a person who plays piano. Best regards.
