Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Night Staff unprofessional I stopped using Holiday Inn because of my experience at this hotel for six months. I decided to try it again. The night staff really don't do anything to make the customer feel welcome. I am a platnium customer and not once have they ever offer the things that the other holidays Inn offer. They don't do priority check in. I was the only one at the counter and it took over ten minutes to get check in. I check out the next and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Orange Park and it was a very different experience. They greeted me very well and provide water and thank me for being a member. The only reason I stayed at this location was for the 5000 extra points. It's not worth staying there for the point. I will now start using the Holiday Inn east location, because they also have the 5000 point promotion. I don't ask for a lot. I just think, when you go to a place of business, that the staff should act like they care about their customers. April 26, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Old Hotel Smell I go to Holiday Inns because they are usually very clean, fresh, and smell good. This one is an older remodeled hotel that still smells like 1970 mildew and smoke. Staff was very good and friendly. Hotel needs more renovation and odor removal. Rooms were ok except for odor and staining on old doors. April 22, 2013

I stay at many Holiday Inns in my 14 state region and I have never seen this happen in my 21 years of traveling. I will not be staying at this Hoilday Inn anytinme in the future. April 22, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gotta Stay Here I have stayed at this location for a couple months now. They have a friendly staff that is attentive and responds to any issues or needs when required. They have updated their rooms with flat screen TVs and blow dryers. I like the fact that the beds are nice and the sheets and towels are very clean. They have bar right down stairs that serves great food and Erik the Bartender is fantastic. They have a breakfast Buffet but you have to pay for it, this is something that should be complimentary or they should have free coffee and juice at least, even though they have coffee pots in every room. Overall I like this hotel compared to other locations I have stayed and will continue to back. April 18, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Won't be staying at this property again It took nearly 1/2 hour to check in as there was only one desk person at 6:00 P.M. (only 2 guests ahead of me) on a business night. There was a private party in the hotel... the lounge was not properly staffed, then they over charged me and closed at 9 P.M. Ordered take out and was not provided with silverware, napkins, etc. The next morning the maid came strolling into my room at 0900, without knocking. I am a frequent HI customer..... have never responded to these queries before.... this was disappointing enough to prompt this response....... I would not recommend it to anyone! March 21, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noise in room We stayed 1 night and found this hotel not up to the standards of most Holiday Inn Express rooms. Was very difficult to understand and make ourselves understood at the front desk. We had a dripping faucet in our room. We tried to explain to the front desk but they could not comprehend us. No breakfast because they wanted to charge you 7.95 for the breakfast., Ate in the grill for dinner and it was way over priced and the steak was not eatable. Asked for a class of water that was terrible so I asked for a Diet Coke but this was made with the same water. could not drink it. Bar tender told us he does not serve this water to his cat... really bad. Bar tender was friendly and he was the same person to wait on our table over a banister. We were they only people eating all the others were drinking which made for a lot of noise. March 19, 2013
