I arrived without a reservation and my needs were satisfied immediately. The girl at the front desk (I cannot remember her name) was very welcoming and knowledgable. The batteries in my door had gone out while I was there and she came up immediately and fixed it.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. I actually had a note from the housekeeper on my first night which I thought was a nice little personal touch. Made me feel extremely welcome and taken care of.
I will be traveling here for business as will my other co-workers and we wont be staying anywhere else. Thank you for such a great experience!

Overall it was a nice place and reasonable in price...much better than the Ramada down the road. Unfortunately, we had to call the front desk due to noisy, rowdy next door occupants...however, staff was prompt in dealing with the rowdy bunch and order and quiet was restored. Will stay again providing noise is limited.

I stay at Holiday Inn properties all the time and this by far was the worst. The hotel needs a total update and the staff was not very friendly and did not even mention anything about being a priority member. The only reason I staied at this location was because of the location and how close it was to the Marine base.

I have stayed at this location 3 other times. The only real complaint has been that the halls/room seemed to be slipping. We stayed on the 3rd floor this time. MUCH better!!!!

Second time I have stayed here. Ok but the rooms/halls are showing age. Breakfast good, nice exterior and front desk VERY nice {staff}

Located on Rt17. Didn't notice any traffic noise so the location is convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Jacksonville area is expensive. Good value here for the area. Breakfast is the usual hotel variety.

Rooms are always great at this location, and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I book way in advance each time I come to town to ensure I get a room at this hotel. Great job!!
