Hi - This is a very good hotel - the duty manager was absolutely excellent being very flexible on checkout when I had to end my stay early. Always a pleasure staying here and the staff are very friendly. Only one comment for improvement is they could make much more of the balconies with some simple investment in cleaning and furniture...would be lovely to actually use that outside space...
Very nice rooms and the gym is a good size.

Lovely hotel in a nice part of Jeddah. The food and service are very good as is the Spears restaurant
One issue are the electricity sockets in the room. None of the desk sockets are big enough to accommodate an Apple Charger and most of the wall sockets are too close to the ground to do the same. On both times I have stayed here this has driven me nuts

The hotel is getting old but still it isi the best in the region
1- needs to reduce the ac noise
2- needs to get higher speed internet connection
3- excellent staff at reciption
4- great aminities for imbassador platinum guest but it requireds to be served cold for the bevarages.

This was my second stay at jeddah intercontinental, i was excellently welcomed as a royal embassador member , very good treatment and excellent food in all resturants , i highly recomend this hotel

the hotel was nice in evry respect, the room, bathroom, facilities and food. One small remark regarding the parking I wish the management concider offering more space for parking.
