Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel, great service Stayed three nights for business purpose, the hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and very elegant, multiple choice of restaurants, free access to the business center, free wifi in all the hotel. For your free time it is very close to the corniche and the walk were there are coffee shops & restaurants Rooms are fully equipeed with all needs including safe box, iron board, free tea & coffee making facilities and mineral water with daily refill, LCD TV with more than 40 international channels..etc I strongly recommend this hotel May 31, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel but I'm a gold member and ambassador, but when I checked in the priority line was jamed and I went to the normal reception were an employee there told me its all the same!! I tried to explain to him that I'm a gold member and also have an ambassador membership, that was at 3:15 pm, that guy told that the check in time is at 4pm by saying that all Jeddah hotels check-in times are at 4pm and when I showed him the email with the actual check-in time which is 2 pm he responded that the room is not ready and he was too rude. Then I sat on a chair next to the priority desk and a Lebanese guy came to me in a while and did all the check-in and apologized to me. After all the whole gold membership did not made me feel any special!! Hope I will find a better treatment in another InterContental hotel May 22, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad service I was very disappointed having just transferred from the Crowne Plaza in Riyadh which was superb with excellent staff that the level of service was so poor. Apparently they needed two hours notice to arrange a car to the airport! Front desk staff were particularly unhelpful. May 21, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Quality and value I stay at the Crowne Plaza, Jeddah on a regular basis during business trips to my company's Jeddah Branch. Overall the hotel is very nicely decorated and the rooms are clean, tidy and reasonably well laid out. The only observation that I have is that the shower which is over the bath does not leave much room to move! May 13, 2013
